Impact in Action: Alignment, Influence & Results
Over the past 15 years, I have specialised in one challenge: aligning stakeholders with divergent interests in highly visible and complex environments.
From global investment summits and landmark real estate developments to politically sensitive institutional environments, my work sits at the intersection of strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, corporate diplomacy and partnerships.
As an Architect of Alignment, I use Narrative Architecture to align influence, action and stakeholder interests—transforming complexity into legitimacy, consensus and measurable outcomes.

Building Global Real Estate Leadership and Legitimacy: MIPIM, the Davos of Real Estate
Situation & Challenge
As Conference Team Lead for MIPIM’s landmark 30th anniversary edition, I was tasked with redefining the editorial strategy and thought leadership positioning of one of the world’s leading real estate events.
The challenge extended far beyond content creation. It required aligning a fragmented international ecosystem of investors, political leaders, corporate occupiers, healthcare operators and sovereign stakeholders across a €55M event portfolio, while managing a reduced team structure and operating without direct line authority.
Actions & Leadership
I designed and implemented a Narrative Architecture framework that aligned more than 500 speakers, 150 conferences and a global network of public and private decision-makers around a shared vision of urban transformation, investment and societal impact.
Key initiatives included:
- Launching the Political Leaders Summit in partnership with EUROCITIES.
- Creating the multidisciplinary « Health and the City » platform, connecting healthcare, investment, real estate, and urban development.
- Developing a global editorial strategy capable of bridging institutional, political and commercial priorities.
Results & Impact
- Contributed to the delivery of a €55M event portfolio.
- Aligned 500+ speakers and +150 conferences and events.
- Engaged 26,000 participants from 100 countries.
- Secured a €800k revenue conference sponsorship.
- Managed a €450k institutional sponsorship revenue portfolio for LPs and GPs.
- Generated new sponsorship revenues through innovative content formats.
- Achieved a 300% increase in attendance and attracted 50% new international speakers at the Political Leaders Summit; unlocked a targeted global reach of over 6,000 political leaders across the entire MIPIM portfolio.

Bridging the Capital-Culture Divide: The Zoofenster Project in Berlin
Situation & Challenge
I was entrusted with supporting the strategic positioning and local integration of the €325M Zoofenster development in Berlin, home to the world’s first Waldorf Astoria hotel.
The project faced a significant trust deficit: reconciling the institutional anonymity of a UAE private investment fund with European expectations for transparency, while securing acceptance within Berlin’s culturally sensitive urban environment.
Action & Leadership
Acting as an Architect of Alignment, I developed a communications and stakeholder engagement framework designed to bridge the gap between international capital and local identity.
The strategy combined:
- Corporate communications infrastructure and digital positioning.
- Institutional stakeholder engagement.
- Cultural anchoring initiatives rooted in Berlin’s heritage.
- Strategic partnerships with the Berlinale and Universität der Künste Berlin.
By integrating culture, communications and corporate diplomacy, we transformed a major international investment into a recognised contributor to the city’s cultural fabric.
Results and Impact
- Supported the successful integration of a €325M landmark asset into the Berlin market.
- Strengthened stakeholder trust and local legitimacy.
- Delivered a €170k contemporary art programme involving more than 50 artists.
- Established long-term partnerships with leading cultural and academic institutions.
- Contributed to positioning the development as a recognised Berlin landmark rather than a foreign investment project.
By integrating culture, communications and corporate diplomacy, we transformed a major international investment into a recognised contributor to the city’s cultural fabric.
